The Pavilion Behavioral Health System, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an HR Director to lead workforce strategy and key HR programs. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management and engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings substantial HR leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and a track record of shaping a positive employee culture with a focus on long-term career

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in human resources, 3+ years HR management, 2 years healthcare preferred.
• Certification: SPHR or PHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of workforce strategies and HR programs.
• Partner with business leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management and engagement.
• Support compliance and day-to-day HR operations while acting strategically.
