Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead payroll submission, HR operations, and benefits across the facility. You will partner with the home office and regional HR teams to ensure compliant and efficient HR practices, from recruitment to retention and employee relations.

You will oversee onboarding, benefits, and payroll, train managers, and drive HRIS and ATS usage while maintaining HIPAA compliance and OSHA records.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of HR Generalist or Assistant experience.
• At least 2 years in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting.
• Experience with HR systems including ATS, HRIS, LMS, and others.

• Oversee payroll submission and processing.
• Maintain ATS and onboarding for new hires.
• Lead background checks and fingerprinting processes.
• Manage benefits administration and deductions.
• Conduct investigations and enforce disciplinary actions consistently.
