Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for Behavioral Health in Lewisville, TX.

The role leads HR operations across the employee lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, orientation, employee relations, compensation, HRIS and LMS management, policy administration, and compliance. You will mentor HR staff to promote operational excellence and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 8–10 years HR experience.
• Experience across multi-site and multi-location HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR department operations and ensure timely, accurate HR service delivery.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with legal requirements and goals.
• Monitor HR metrics and workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Serve as primary resource for employee relations, investigations, and performance concerns.
• Partner with leadership to support engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Manage or support HRIS and LMS implementations, upgrades, and reporting.
• Support compensation processes including salary reviews and market analysis.
