The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, and will work in a hybrid capacity.

Comprehensive benefits package includes medical coverage, retirement plans, and competitive pay ranging from $145,000 to $170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources.
• 5+ years’ experience in building management and leadership development programs.
• 2+ years of organizational development experience.

• Partner with Operations leadership to provide HR-related consultation.
• Identify and implement people solutions to support company objectives.
• Develop and lead HR Centers of Excellence.
