Job summary

HopeLink Behavioral Health seeks a senior HR leader to drive workforce strategy, develop leadership capability, and oversee compensation, benefits, and employee relations. This executive role partners with the CFAO and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into sustainable workforce solutions.

Lead HR systems and data initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a resilient, high‑performing culture across a mission-driven behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR or equivalent senior HR certification required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in behavioral health or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partnership with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with strategic plan.
• Lead workforce development pathways, onboarding, training, and supervision frameworks.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategies in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage complex employee relations.
