Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or BI role, with a focus on HR data.
• Some experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping)
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and retention
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Create clear visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
• Partner with HR teams and leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and engagement initiatives through data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and privacy requirements
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
• Support HR technology analytics tools and ad hoc reporting requests
• Share knowledge and best practices to foster a data-driven HR culture
