Job summary

Jabil is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple HR programs at our Florence, KY campus. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities include partnering with managers, maintaining compliance, and supporting compensation and HRIS reporting efforts. This is a hands-on role requiring collaboration across teams and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with numbers, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, terminations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Coordinate employee activities and programs across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
