Job summary

The role supports the Florence, KY campus with a hybrid/on-site arrangement and occasional travel. Strong skills in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and HRIS like Workday or UKG are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, CS, or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years in HR data analysis or BI with emphasis on HR data
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping)
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards for workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance)
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support HR and business decisions
  • Create data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
  • Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and engagement initiatives through analytics
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and privacy
  • Collaborate with IT to improve data quality, integrations, and reporting
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR tech and analytics tools
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytics for HR projects

Job Summary

This role will be supporting the Florence, KY campus.

The Senior HR Data Analyst at Jabil Inc., will play a pivotal role in transforming raw HR data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize workforce performance and HR program effectiveness.

Location

The team is open to someone being on-site (or even hybrid) at the Florence, KY campus, or a remote based individual with some travel to the Florence, KY campus as needed (roughly 10% annually).

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems, including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other workforce data sources.

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and employee retention.

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support HR and business decisions.

  • Create clear and meaningful data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders.

  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools.

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Share knowledge and best practices to help build a data-driven culture across the HR organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong focus on HR data.

  • Some experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in data & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel).

  • Advanced SQL Database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, UKG, etc.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $142,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: October 31, 2026.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
