Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of HR data analysis or BI experience.
• Experience with statistical tools (R/Python) for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing headcount, turnover, and retention.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for HR decisions.
• Create clear visualizations and present insights to HR leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to meet reporting needs.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and policy compliance.
• Work with IT to improve data quality and integrations.
• Assist HR tech implementations and analytics tool enhancements.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and share best practices.
