Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to collect, validate, and maintain workforce data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and related sources. You will build dashboards and scorecards for headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and retention to inform HR and business decisions.

You will partner with HR teams to translate reporting needs into data-driven solutions, ensure data quality and compliance, and support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role with focus on HR data.
  • Some experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python for predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Advanced SQL database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday or UKG.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship by Jabil.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other workforce data sources
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and employee retention metrics
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights for HR and business decisions
  • Create data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, policy compliance, and data privacy
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Share knowledge and best practices to build a data-driven culture across the HR organization
