Responsibilities include maintaining HR systems, assisting associates, and ensuring compliance. This position offers a competitive starting pay between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, confidentiality, flexibility, and initiative skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist associates and applicants with HR-related inquiries.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings and onboarding.
• Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
