Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Human Resources Department by coordinating recruiting, applicant management, new hire onboarding, employee training, HR administration, compliance activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as a primary point of contact for applicants, new hires, employees, and managers, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Compa.
