White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join the HR team at the JW Marriott Charlotte in Uptown Charlotte, NC. This on-site role supports talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and the associate lifecycle for ~300 associates.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of employment laws, strong organizational skills, and a positive service mindset. Full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, direct, and assist associates and applicants with HR inquiries.
• Maintain and manage the ATS.
• Plan and support associate recognition and engagement events.
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS and protect confidential data.
• Advise associates on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and Executive Committee as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
• Support payroll, including incentive and paid time off reconciliation, and benefits administration.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs.
