Georgia Tech is seeking a Human Resource Consultant to provide expert guidance on talent management, compliance, and organizational development across campus. You will assess current HR practices, identify gaps, and develop customized solutions to meet the institute's needs.

This role emphasizes partnering with managers, delivering training, shaping compensation programs, and driving data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing human resource practices to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Develop customized training and development programs tailored to the institution's specific needs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and employees on various Human Resource topics, including performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Analyze Human Resource metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and improve overall human resource functions.
• Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the institution's budget.
• Serve as a resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on complex Human Resources issues and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans to improve human resources practices and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
