Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a key resource for employees and leaders across our multi-state organization. This hands-on role focuses on employment compliance, employee documentation, benefits administration, leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation.

The HR Manager will ensure practices are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with multi-state HR programs is required.
• Experience administering leaves, benefits, and workers’ compensation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain documentation, and audit HR records.
• Administer benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in Paylocity and HRIS, generate reports.
