You will work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to craft communications that build trust and drive action, spanning offices, job sites, and remote workers.

The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to tailor communications for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Translate complex HR content into clear language.
Experience in HR/change communications within a large global organization.
Experience with internal communications tools: SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, email platforms, intranet CMS, Canva.
Knowledge of employee engagement measurement and sentiment analysis.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies for scalable communications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead communications partner to HR leadership across the enterprise.
Manage change communications for organizational shifts with clear messaging and timelines.
Develop campaigns for benefits, Total Rewards, and enrollment to drive participation.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on employer brand and recruitment marketing.
Write and edit executive HR communications: emails, remarks, talking points, intranet content.
Create manager enablement materials for consistent messaging across leaders.
Partner with Employee Resource Groups to amplify voices.
Measure open rates, engagement, sentiment, and program participation to improve.
