Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Social Sciences with 5+ years in HR
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to guide HR strategy and initiatives
• Drive talent acquisition for mid to lower level roles
• Develop and implement recruitment processes to attract and retain talent
• Administer employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance programs
• Provide training and development for management and workforce
• Coach managers and employees to resolve day-to-day issues
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for improvements
• Support local ER strategy and compliance with policies and laws
