Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping HR strategy to enhance business performance and employee engagement. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and compliant employee relations.

Lead HR professionals, partner with executives, and drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives that improve productivity and culture in a large, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years progressive HR experience, 5+ in HR management.
• Master’s degree in relevant field (HR, BA, OD) or equivalent.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in large, complex, or highly regulated organizations.
• Proven ability to lead HR transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Provide leadership across workforce planning, talent management, org development, ER, performance management, succession planning, change management, and culture.
• Advise leaders on organizational and workforce matters with data-driven insights.
• Translate business strategies into HR initiatives and solutions.
• Lead HR professionals and set performance standards for the HR team.
• Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect, trust, accountability and inclusion.
