Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8–12 years in Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of compensation, org diagnosis, employee/union relations, diversity, performance management, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintains business literacy about the unit's financials, culture, and competition.
• Provides coaching to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Analyzes trends with HR to develop policies and programs.
• Develops terms for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Guides restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
