Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as listed in the qualifications.
• Extensive leadership experience in large mechanical projects (commercial/healthcare).
• Solid grasp of project operations, financials, risk, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the business unit.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, growth initiatives, and market expansion strategies.
• Oversee safety, risk management, and quality across projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• Ensure profitable, on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Develop talent and succession planning within the organization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or construction management or 4 years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree

8+ years of experience in mechanical/plumbing systems

3+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale commercial and healthcare projects

Progressive leadership in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction operations

Strong understanding of project operations, financial management, business development, contract administration, labor management, and risk management

Mechanical, Plumbing, and/or HVAC Contractor License

Professional Mechanical Engineering License
