Job summary

Ford, Dearborn HQ, is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership across a function, market, or business unit. You will work with senior leaders to shape and execute an HR agenda that enables delivery of the organization’s goals and employee experience.

You will partner with the HRBP Director and peers to optimize talent, engagement, and the overall employee experience, leading HR initiatives with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Willingness to relocate depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to business operations leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute HR agenda.
• Partner with HRBP Director to optimize talent, engagement and employee experience.
• Consult and coach leaders on hiring, performance, rewards, and organization design.
• Support workforce planning, high-potential development, and succession planning.
• Lead organization design and change initiatives.
