Amtrak is seeking a Sr Mgr HR Business Partner to embed HR strategy into business objectives across multiple sites including Washington, Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore. You will partner with leaders to develop talent, manage performance, and drive engagement while coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence.

The role supports corporate functions under the Senior Director HR Business Partner, requiring strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management to advance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9 years of HR experience.
• Experience in strategy, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Embed HR strategy into business objectives and support leaders within assigned departments.
• Develop talent, support performance management, and drive employee engagement.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support HR initiatives and programs.
• Support annual talent reviews and highlight other HR programs to department leaders.
• Support corporate departments under the Senior Director HR Business Partner for Corporate functions.
