Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience.
• Plus 11 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed HR strategy into business objectives and act as strategic partner to assigned departments.
• Provide professional consultative HR guidance and support to internal client groups.
• Prioritize people solutions that accelerate business plans through talent management, succession planning, and compensation strategy.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop employee engagement plans and retention initiatives for key roles.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to address employee relations and policy needs.
• Drive performance management philosophy integration with strategic goals.
