Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and implement HR activities for assigned client areas to align with organizational goals, delivering HR solutions in partnership with HR specialties.

You will provide coaching and problem solving to leaders and teammates, building strong relationships across client groups and within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) years of Human Resources experience in a Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships and provide expert advice to leaders and teammates.
• Design, research, develop and implement HR initiatives to support people strategies and KPIs.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate with HR specialty areas to improve service levels.
• Identify gaps in HR policies and contribute to new policies and procedures.
• Provide transformational advice to deliver HR solutions in partnership with HR specialties.
• Drive HR initiatives within client groups including performance appraisals, merit increases, incentives, restructures, and succession planning.
• Embed a performance management culture with clear objectives and feedback.
