Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience.
• Experience advising multiple levels of management on people matters (engagement, retention, labor relations, performance management, leave of absence, recruitment).
• Experience using a recognized HRIS system is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic HR and talent support to business unit leaders and employees.
• Engages leaders to understand talent needs and implement talent assessment processes.
• Interprets, presents metrics and analyses to inform decisions.
• Drives culture/shared mindset activities and workforce strategies.
• Interprets and drives employee engagement action planning to improve organizational culture.
• Counsels on performance issues and leads conflict resolution initiatives.
• Partners with leaders to maximize effectiveness through labor and efficiency initiatives.
• Supports development programs, performance management, and talent acquisition tools.
