You’ll use business acumen, data storytelling, and change leadership to align talent, structure, and culture with enterprise priorities, operating with autonomy and influencing across divisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR, business consulting, or related strategic experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Advanced consulting, facilitation, communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
