Freddie Mac is seeking a dynamic professional to support the Business Management function within the Human Resources & Corporate Communications Division in McLean, VA. You will align operations with strategic objectives, streamline processes, and drive organizational excellence in a cross-functional environment.

You will own internal reporting, manage cross-divisional programs, and leverage data to communicate progress.

Competenze

2–4 years of experience in business management.
Strong project management skills with experience in reporting.
Proficiency in Excel is required; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence across levels.
