PRO Business Partner Associate Senior

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a PRO Business Partner Associate Senior. In this role, you will partner with the PRO team and cross‑functional stakeholders to advance HR priorities and deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate – Partner with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross‑functional partners to advance US priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Advise & Partner – Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, bringing a customer‑focused lens to every interaction.
• Enable – Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to solve problems and make informed decisions by synthesizing, sharing data, analysis, and insights.
• Plan & Implement – Partner in team priorities by aligning PRO tools and plans to deliver simple, effective solutions.
• Embody Starbucks Mission & Values and create moments for partners to win together as one team.

This role will be required to be based in and work central/east coast hours.

Qualifications

• Human resources generalist or specialist experience with aspiration for growth.
• Two or more years partnering with or supporting a department or team.
• Proficiency in Excel for administrative and analytical responsibilities.
• One year of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management.
• Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands effectively based on business needs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude as a change agent.
