State of Washington seeks an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to guide divisions on HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance with state laws. You will lead complex cases, advise executives, and shape workforce programs with equity in mind.

The role requires expert HR consultation, policy interpretation, and strong writing and training delivery skills, with a focus on confidentiality and stakeholder partnership. Remote/hybrid work options available across WA.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of combined HR experience and/or education.
• Advising and consulting on HR issues for org development.
• HR training development for managers and supervisors.
• Interpreting HR policies and regulations for guidance.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations.
• Developing standard HR operating procedures.
• Proven ability to write clear HR documents.
