• Minimum five to seven years of professional HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, labor relations, or compensation and benefits.
• Ability to advise leaders on complex personnel matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and coordinate grievances.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment strategies, job analyses, and compensation reviews.
• Support compliance, risk management, and HR process improvements.
