This role partners closely with leadership to drive people strategies that support business objectives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide consultative support for talent management and development.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Engage in workforce planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR‑related matters.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
• Support and guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and development.
• Lead or support initiatives related to succession planning.
• Drive change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on programs related to compensation, benefits, recruiting, and learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and affirmative action plans where applicable.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
• Strong experience in employee relations and HR consulting / business partner roles.
• Experience in talent management.
