Qualifications

• 2+ years in community management required.
• Experience with 200+ unit communities preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Proven track record in marketing plan creation and implementation.
• Capital projects and maintenance knowledge a plus.
• Budgeting and financial planning experience preferred.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with quick problem solving.
• Attention to curb appeal and detail.
