Job summary
The Collier Companies seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership and hands-on execution for our Florida portfolio. This on-site role in Gainesville partners with department leaders across multiple states, delivering employee relations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, compliance, and policy interpretation with senior advisory depth.
You will drive SOP development, Paycom automation initiatives, and data-driven people insights while mentoring HR Generalist
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with breadth across core HR functions.
- Experience advising people managers and leading across multiple departments/countries if applicable.
- Proficiency with Paycom and HRIS/ATS platforms; strong data and analytics exposure.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory support to managers across assigned departments and states.
- Own Leave Administration (FMLA, ADA, LOA) and Workers’ Compensation processes.
- Lead multi-department advisory and SOP development and documentation.
- Perform people analytics to inform leadership decisions and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies.
