Qualifications

• Broad HR foundation and sound judgment across employee relations, recruitment, leave and benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Experience using AI, automation, or technology to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Strong ability to partner with directors, managers, and employees to provide pragmatic HR guidance.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the organization to provide practical HR guidance and support.
• Map and improve core HR processes from onboarding to offboarding using technology and automation.
• Lead implementation of HR technology and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Drive recruitment strategy with hiring managers and division leaders, managing seasonal peaks.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding, leaves, benefits, and workers’ compensation.
• Translate policies and programs into clear communications for staff and managers.
