Job summary

TMS International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Horsham, PA to support more than 15 locations. You will work with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support, ensuring consistent policies and strong employee engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR experience, expertise in employee relations and leave management, and the ability to coach leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and leave management (STD/LTD).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across 15+ locations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and resolutions.
• Partner with managers on performance management, development, coaching, and discipline.
• Deliver and facilitate HR training for supervisors and staff on policies and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Support talent acquisition with hiring managers during recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives, change management, and HR projects.
