Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years with Master's; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Proven ability to deliver human capital solutions in talent acquisition, development, total rewards, mobility, employee relations, HR tech, intelligence, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to engage executive leadership.
• Ability to partner with HR COEs and cross-functional leaders to design and deliver solutions for long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Align human capital strategies to meet operational objectives and improve the workforce.
• Partner with client organizations to implement performance management processes and talent development.
• Consult with leaders to drive goal setting, training, and coaching across the organization.
• Lead salary/incentive/promotion/retention/recognition processes and ensure equitable rewards.
• Grow leadership succession through development planning and talent reviews.
