Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
• HR Certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP required (GPHR a plus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into workforce, talent, organization and culture interventions.
• Lead strategic workforce and skills-based planning, align with Talent Acquisition and Finance actions.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and readiness discussions; drive internal mobility.
• Advise on organization design, role clarity, and operating-model changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management and inclusive talent practices.
• Diagnose retention risks and collaborate on compensation and retention recommendations.
• Maintain real-time employee sentiment and organizational climate insights.
• Lead annual and mid-year people processes including goals, performance, and compensation.
• Advise leaders on complex employee relations in partnership with Legal and HR Operations.
• Orchestrate HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations for integrated solutions.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to surface workforce risks and opportunities.
