Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to support HR and Retail Operations across the Northwest region, including the Long Beach area. This leadership role partners with field teams and corporate support centers to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

The role requires extensive experience in HR leadership within multi-unit retail environments, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years in human resources in multi-unit environments required.
• 5 years in HR/operational leadership in retail, c-store or Quick Service Restaurant industries required.
• Experience leading other HR team members strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel >50% and work with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations, Change Management, Talent Management and Benefits processes for regions.
• Partner with corporate centers in Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Training, Payroll and Legal.
• Act as employee champion and change agent, aligning HR with business goals.
• Provide guidance to field HRBPs, store managers, district and division leaders.
