Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an HRBP Manager to partner with Operations Leaders and HRBPs across divisions. This field-based role leads employee relations, talent management and policy execution, with heavy travel to sites in multiple states.

You will influence strategy, coach leaders and drive HR programs aligned to business goals. The position reports to the SVP, Human Resources and requires strong judgment, communication, and leadership in a retail multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of HR experience in multi-unit environments required.
• 5 years in HR or operational leadership in retail, c-store or quick service restaurant industries required.
• Experience leading other HR team members preferred.
• Strong business judgment and strategic orientation; link HR to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, development, training and support to HRBPs across regions.
• Manages employee relations cases for assigned divisions; guides investigations and policy interpretation.
• Analyzes trends with HR team to develop programs and policies.
• Leads investigations into harassment, discrimination and workplace issues.
• Partners with store/restaurant management on staffing, performance and succession planning.
