Join our team as a Senior HRBP supporting the Legal organization. Our HRBPs are the frontline consultants to people managers and individual contributors, providing guidance, coaching, and advice to support talent management practices within the team (onboarding, performance management, development, team health, culture). A key area of focus for the HRBP is to increase manager capability, enabling them to be more self-sufficient, and driving manager education on important people programs, tools, and processes. HRBPs collaborate with their peers to ensure a collective Talent strategy that encompasses the major areas in which the org can grow and scale, while strongly reflecting the Netflix culture and optimizing organization health.
This role is based out of our Los Angeles offices. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are in-office, and Mondays and Fridays can be either WFH or in-office.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
