Job summary

Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Oklahoma City to support specialty businesses and claims organizations. This role reports to the VP, HR and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, organization design, performance, and culture across regulated, client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.
• 8+ years HR experience with 5+ years as client-facing HRBP.
• Insurance/financial services exposure preferred; regulated environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and people analytics; ability to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on people plans, org design, workforce planning, and risk/compliance.
• Lead performance cycles, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Oversee US onboarding/offboarding and HR program delivery.
• Partner with TA to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Collaborate on compensation, promotions, and pay equity.
