Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 5 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or analytics engineering.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions in production.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Familiarity with insurance or regulated financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable data pipelines (batch and near real-time).
• Develop modern data solutions using Fabric capabilities and Lakehouse patterns.
• Implement ETL/ELT transformations with SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Model dimensional and Lakehouse data structures for analytics and reporting.
• Ensure production reliability with monitoring, data quality, and governance.
