Security Industry Specialists, Inc. (SIS) is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partnerships who acts as a business leader first and HR professional second.

You will advise leaders across SIS, shaping workforce quality, retention, cost, and risk. You will head the HR Business Partner team, the workplace investigations function, and the employee service center, making HR a trusted asset to business leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP or equivalent adviser to operations leadership.
• 3–4+ years directly managing and building teams, with a track record of developing people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser to leaders across client groups on workforce quality, retention, performance, and people implications of business decisions.
• Lead HR Business Partner team, investigations function, and employee service center; set standards and allocate workload.
• Plan headcount against contract demand and design team structures for account growth and transitions.
• Coach managers to lead effectively and own people data narratives.
