Qualifications

• 5 years in people operations, HR operations, or HRIS
• Experience redesigning an HR process and implementing the change
• Experience building HR reports or dashboards from data
• Ability to explain system/data constraints to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and related tools
• Office-based role in NY or TX with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Owns HRIS configuration, data integrity, and release testing
• Redesigns HR processes end-to-end and implements through configuration, documentation, training
• Builds automation and self-service to reduce repetitive HR tasks
• Maintains HR reporting and dashboards for leadership
• Drives HR system selection requirements and data migration readiness
• Ensures data flow between HR systems and payroll, scheduling, ATS
• Drives adoption and writes user-friendly documentation
• Performs other related duties as assigned
