Position Overview: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
The Senior HRBP is a dynamic leader responsible for driving and influencing all HR functions within their region. This role involves close collaboration with regional/market operational and clinical leaders, local leaders, and corporate Centers of Expertise (COEs) to address and improve clinical and operational HR needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a champion and support or lead business and clinical initiatives focused on performance and talent, including selection, onboarding, training, coaching, leadership development, employee retention, communication, and employee relations strategies.
- Partner with COEs to promote a growth mindset, design, and execute talent development programs, identify key talent, and create pathways for career growth and succession planning.
- Assist Center and Market leaders in providing development opportunities aligned with current and future performance standards.
- Review business performance targets and their talent implications, developing strategies to address them.
- Support workforce management through forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements aligned with business strategy.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions, workforce planning, and organizational performance.
- Work with leadership to improve selection and performance coaching of Center leaders and providers.
- Partner with leaders to develop initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture, enhance engagement, and improve retention through targeted programs and recognition.
- Guide leadership practices and change management efforts to cultivate leadership excellence.
- Liaise between line management and HR to ensure HR services meet internal needs.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities and manage these initiatives to improve business performance.
- Collaborate on organizational change initiatives, ensuring they are managed effectively and lawfully.
- Serve as a liaison between client leadership and HR COEs, participating actively in leadership teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines and their link to business strategy.
- Ability to influence and serve as a resource for leaders and employees.
- Data analysis skills to recognize trends and develop recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and in different geographies.
- Self-motivated team player with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% locally, regionally, and nationwide.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exercise of independent judgment.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in HR, Business, Public Administration, Hospitality, or related field; additional experience may substitute for education.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including various HR disciplines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are desirable.
- Salary range: $96,475 to $137,822.
