Bloomberg in New York is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Enterprise Data and Product. You will serve as the strategic HR advisor to Senior global leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving leadership development.

You’ll coach executives, manage key stakeholder relationships, support M&A and organizational design, and lead workforce planning, culturebuilding, and inclusion efforts across a global, matrixed environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HRBP or senior HR roles.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in org design, workforce planning, performance, talent development.
• Strong consultative coaching and leadership development track record.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with dashboards and insights.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
• Executive presence and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
• Provide leadership coaching to enhance managerial effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Design and implement HR communications strategies.
• Support HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Drive organizational design and change management.
• Foster positive culture and employee engagement.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning for talent needs.
• Use benchmarking and market intelligence for HR practices.
• Collaborate with COEs in Talent and Inclusion to shape talent strategies.
• Identify training needs and partner on L&D initiatives.
• Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and candidate selection.
• Facilitate executive onboarding and team development.
• Provide insights on talent and inclusion to support a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with enterprise HRBP community for consistency.
• Operate with enterprise-wide mindset with Global BPs across geographies.
