Job summary

BNY in New York, NY is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to advise senior leaders and shape the People agenda to accelerate organizational growth, agility, and performance. This role will collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to align people programs with product roadmaps and business priorities.

You’ll translate complex organizational challenges into data‑driven plans, bring a product mindset to people initiatives, and lead large‑scale transformation efforts

Qualifications

• Experience in people strategy, organizational development, or change management.
• Experience leading workforce strategy and transformation for measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with HR systems/tools.
• Ability to translate complex org challenges into actionable plans.
• Executive presence and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leaders on workforce strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Talent Strategy, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Thrive Together and Finance/Legal teams to deliver integrated programs.
• Influence senior leaders with data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
• Lead large‑scale transformation initiatives including organizational design and change management.
• Provide thought leadership by incorporating external best practices into people strategies.
