Bloomberg is seeking an HR Business Advisor to join our Human Resources Business Partnering group. You'll partner with Senior HRBPs, focus on implementing strategic HR initiatives, delivering enterprise-wide and bespoke programs, and enabling effective HR process execution.

You’ll enhance the employee experience, advise leaders, collaborate with COEs, manage HR data and analytics, and drive continuous improvement across teams and geographies in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR advisory within a dynamic org.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and core processes.
• Ability to influence at all levels and coach leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with SR HRBPs to execute HR initiatives aligned with goals.
• Advise and coach team leaders and new managers to develop leadership capabilities.
• Provide HR consultancy to solve complex workforce challenges and shape proactive people solutions.
• Deliver enterprise-wide and customized HR programs to meet business needs.
• Support core HR processes such as performance management, compensation, promotions, flexible work arrangements, relocation, and immigration.
• Collaborate with HR Enterprise teams and COEs to ensure seamless process delivery.
• Compile and manage HR data to support reporting, program nominations, and analytics.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
• Communicate HR initiatives clearly to drive awareness and adoption.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in all HR service delivery.
• Operate with an enterprise-wide mindset across varied teams and geographies.
