Job summary
PNC is seeking a Senior Human Resource Partner for the Customer Care Center to translate business priorities into workforce and talent strategies. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to anticipate AI and automation impacts.
You will collaborate across HR to develop future capabilities, manage risk, and drive scalable solutions that prepare the workforce for evolving business needs.
