Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or suitable combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience.
• Ability to influence, coach, and advise senior leaders.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in talent planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and leadership development.
• Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance enterprise priorities with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into people plans to enable growth and leadership effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies.
• Strengthen organizational design, team effectiveness, decision-making, and ways of working.
• Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on talent, performance, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
